Second, you'll want an agent with the experience needed to know the local neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, ordinances, etc. With my years of experience in the local market - I have the expertise and track record of success you need.   I have over 10 years of experience in the East Tennessee area and a proven record of success.  I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, Tennessee Association of Realtors and the Knoxville Association of Realtors.  I have earned the Knoxville Association of Realtors Award of Excellence for Sales for the years of 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007.

Third, you'll want an agent who embraces the convenience of technology without losing the personal touch.
